I had a hard day trying to withdraw some $$$ to my bank account. Followed the instructions to clean cookies, changed browsers etc, but nothing seemed to work. Finally I called Payoneer, lost my turn in the first quewe, but finally when got to talk with the representative she solved my big problem in a few minutes. I appreciated her patience by speaking slowly and clearly, as I explained to her that English is not my first language. Finally I'm happy now after a stressfull day!
I used Payoneer for the first time and I realized it's simple and easy it is to get paid. Payoneer saved me a lot of time, energy and fees. I have receive a payments from my vendors and other payments matters make it simple and easy. I can now concentrate on my business without thinking about my payment matters.
I have had a long and good experience with Payoneer as a freelancer, and they really have played a key role in me accessing funds from abroad after receiving payments from my clients! It's a safe and fast way to do a business transaction!
However, I'd recommend they reduce the fees a bit for people withdrawing money abroad...
