I called to get help with my account and the repersentative was polite and knowledgeable about my concern.The repersentative helped me in a timely manner and resolved my issue. I would definitley reccommend their services.
Customer reps are friendly, but limited in their ability to help. The payments section canceled a payment from a reputable, long-standing, international client of mine, four days after having received it (by that time it should have been already credited to my local bank account). Of course, Payoneer's terms and conditions state that they are not obliged to provide a reason for declining any payment.
I did not receive any prior notification of this cancellation, but had to be proactive in checking the account myself, sending emails, and making long-distance/international calls to Payoneer. On my fourth call, I was told that the payment can take up to 10 business days to be returned! That's almost a 3-week waiting period with no guarantee. The issue still has not been resolved... I have not received the funds due to me, neither has the original sender -my client- received the return payment, and Payoneer claims that they have already returned it. It seems I have no choice but to 'wait and see.'
I think that even a machine or robot would have to question whether this is 'good customer service.'
Exploring other reliable reputable options, that would not arbitrarily decline payments without notice or explanation.
My account was hacked and they are recovering it and get all my money back. The take care of security issues. I really appreciate their willingness to help us.

The issue is that I have an account and feedback of a couple of business days as I was told, is too long. I need to review this payment and make payment to someone else and had to spend 17 mins on an international call
I am using Payoneer account since 2014. I received my online business transactions via payoneer. All transactions done in between 2 hours with prepaid master card. Unfortunately I lost my card 1n 2016. After 2 years, I have contacted costumer help center over the phone. Just few minutes, Everything solved. Thank you very much.

The rep was helpful and the email sent gave clear instructions. Jury's still out on whether the screenshot attachment I sent clears up the issue of Payoneer apparently needing tax info. From me to process a payment, but providing an online tax form that got hung on the signature confirmation step.
