The service I received full of respect for me as a person. It was to the point as well-not in a way where I was a number in a queue and the gentleman had to hurry up and get to the next call. It was very apparent that he wanted to resolve my issue and willing to do whatever it took to get that taken care of.

For a very short time the person who answer to my call and me understood each other and i received the information that I was asking for.
