If I had the option I would have stopped using Payoneer's slow, unsecure, time taking and late responsive service.
Makes working globally and getting paid in different currencies so much easier. It's a great option to offer clients. Just read the find print. My first US client didn't pay via ACH and the funds didn't reach me, but if you know what you're dealing with, then it's actually pretty simple - just a little confusiing for those of us who aren't based in the US and don't know their banking system. Every time I've called about an issue, the service has been prompt and excellent.
I wanted this card like 3 weeks ago and until now I didn't get the card every they give me new questions and if I answer it next time they give me another question now I'm tired that's why I said you guys are awesome

A) Does not make it clear that user name is PW
B) Does not tell you whether issue is user name or PW
C) Does not let you in without making a call
D) Does not allow original PW
E) Does not allow normal comment length
F) Does not let you know beforehand there is s character limit to comments.
G) in this review, does not let you know why iit will not submit if you leave

Easy to contact, waiting time is short. Problems are usually can be solved easily. Sometimes you might need to give new bees extra time for solution but they are really polite. Overall I recommend.
Switching to Payoneer saves me a lot of time. I get to talk to real people in a matter of minutes instead of hours. My emails are returned quickly and not days. And the people seem to knowledgeable and able to resolve my issues quickly.

I became associated with Payoneer through my Airbnb listing. When I was unable to get it resolved with Airbnb I contacted Payoneer directly, and they did an excellent job. I can not say as much about Airbnb. I also appreciate that Payoneer is keeping jobs in America and not outsourcing the calls to other countries, only to increase their profits, but at the cost of providing excellent customer service. Good for you Payoneer, and shame on you Airbnb.
