Payment transfers are repeatedly delayed. When the same is reported, then sending the transaction confirmation advise is also delayed.
There is a constant worry about whether I will get my money or not.
I was having issue that my payment is not showing up in my account but she told that it will take minimum 1 to 2 business days. Although someone else told me that, payment will show up right away into your account.
Great job and my issue was promptly resolved, Claire who helped me was really friendly and helpful. Other companies should take notice and follow
I ordered my prepaid card a month back. It was supposed to be arrived on 22nd August as it was the last day they estimated. But I have not got any sound from them pertaining this. I called their customer service. Though it took a lot of my bucks via phone call as I am from outside US. Trying to be funny lol! :D But its actually worth calling them. I found them very helpful & gentle. They actually care for you & are on their way to fix my issue immediately. Cant recommend them enough!
