A complete joke - we have had nothing but issues since we started using them for Amazon global payments. They make themselves out to be a bank, but either lose your payments or make it impossible to do a withdrawal to your bank. Stay away from this company!

I'm a new customer, so I needed some help to understand how to work with Payoneer and everything explained to me very simply.
Very recommend.

1-2 days for the money to clear and be available in payoneer then 3-5 days to move it to your bank. That means a week to get paid. PayPal is instant.

It was smooth, fast and helped me to know what i need to know. I wanted to know about my pending transactions, and the representative helped me to know if my order refund is coming or not.
