It would be great if you make your review shorter. It always takes 2 days for every inquiry. And request all the requirements needed at the time of sign up, not in the middle of transactions or payment as it makes delays on the transaction.

Payoneer is a good payment solution. I used PayPal, transferwise and few others in the past but Payoneer is best solution for global payment services.

I would like the Payoneer services if first they warn the customer about the violation of Payoneer terms and conditions if customer violate any rule and email him/her about violation, what kind of violation, he/she attempting. Not suddenly block the account of any one. I think its the major changing that Payoneer support must do and have to do to grab the customer but overall its nice and now a days, its mandatory for all who work online. Thanks

Payoneer are the absolute best payment gateway for freelancers when they work, and they usually don't...
Over the past two months my account has been inoperative for a cumulative 30 days or so, with repeating requests for information that they already have.
It's as if they don't know their own asinine rules well enough to keep from knocking your account offline while they figure things out.

Trying to resolve an issue with Payoneer is more painful than pulling teeth and more stressful than sitting through a time-share pitch. I am now certain beyond a shadow of a doubt that their payment department is run by trained chimpanzees, who, god bless their souls, are trying their best.
In their defense, it is extremely difficult for chimpanzees to juggle both *requesting a document* and *acknowledging that the document that they received is the document that they had requested*.
My heart goes out to my fellow simians at Payoneer and I hope in my heart that they will some day evolve to a point where they can actually resolve the issues that they cause, and maybe even streamline their process so much that they don't cause asinine issues in the first place.

I was having trouble with my account linking to my company. I called and the lady I spoke with was very nice and stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the whole process of fixing my problem! I would highly recommend payoneer to others!
Customer service representative was great and quick service. I called multiple times and each representative was very polite and knowledgeable.
Services are great. I have no reason to doubt. This guys are doing a good job. Each time i use the GPS Method or the Card method. I get answer immediately. I highly recommend them to anyone out there. THANKS
The service provided by Payoneer is pretty nice, with relatively low fees. However, the site's structure is a bit hard to understand, and you can get lost in it. I could say it's not intuitive at all. The customer support portal is provided by custhelp.com, which makes it very buggy and not user-friendly. The waiting times for the live chat support are ridiculous. (2 hours)
The customer service does take the time to listen all the issues, and tries the best to reach the conclusion. I was satisfied with the customer care service, but payoneer websites and campaigns need to be more informative and specified. I was rewarded with an amount and was told I'd get the reward once I get paid through payoneer. That was what the website said. Taking back the reward because it expired does not make any sense to me.
The service is very excellent when i asked for assistance that my ATM PIN Code was forgotten. Thank you very much
