I think payoneer is a good way to get and send money for freelancer. I will recommend to other choose payoneer.
It just takes too much time to receive a new card.
- Please give realistic info (and not designed to protect you from liabilities)
- Make surveys about real postal times or via your software (compare dates of issuing and dates of activation cards, and/or via a survey after activation of the cards
- Make your sending procedure easier for the customer. In my case: send directly to the customer instead of from England, to Germany and then to Holland. Just skip Germany!
- Make teh sending procedure faster.

I did not choose this card. Appen International informed me that they would pay me this way. Who knew that the few nickles I earned would be consumed by service fees. Out of roughly $15 I earned, I only got $4.95. Is that fair? No. Say NO to Payoneer.

Payoneer was working fine for small sums but today when I tried to buy an amount of hardware it removed the $2,000 from the card without paying the Merchant. We're still trying to figure out what happened. Where is my money?

The overall process is great the only issue I have is if there's repeat customers that are purchasing or paying the invoice that's been sent out the process of that should not take that long the repeat customers there's no fragile activities and some that they have to work on now if there's a customer that's new for payment request or things of that nature then of course it should go through the process and you know take its time and take its course to prevent any unlawful activities but after that if it's a repeat customer it should be a lot faster
