The representative who helped me was very patient, polite and helpful! The website was less than adequate in my opinion. You really have to search the entire website to find a dang phone number for help.

I really appreciated the service I got from payoneer but I couldn't recommend the waiting time I was given, another thing is that I received an email of a payment on the 20th and another one on the 27th but I was told it's a very same payment of which I don't know why was I sent 2 emails of a different payment and even on different pay days.
