It has been a difficult experience in setting up an account with Payoneer. But the good thing is that if you have a problem they are prompt ant professional in helping you solve the issues.
In a past conversation with customer service I was given details regarding the use of the Payoneer Air BnB master card and the associated charges. The details given today are not the same as previously given.

Helpful way to use amazon with payoneer and you get a master card in the postal its so fast and easy you will pay 29$ subscription a year and you can use it without fees

Downsides of payoneer is only that I can't use full functionality of payoneer on my phone (I mean the payoneer application for Android)

Its been 26 days and i havent received my payment! I received 32 from fiver in payoneer account and i made a withdrawl to my local bank in pakistan but there was some issue with my bank details so i corrected them and its been 1 month and no payment has been received by me, its my 2nd time calling customer service hopefully this time the issue is solved, i have other payments payment but now i am scared to use payoneer for my transactions
The past two times I've called to figure out a situation, the employees of Payoneer are always there to help. They never once make you feel out of place or that things won't be able to get accomplished. They are determined and very customer focused. I recommend if you have a small business or of any sort, they will make sure you are secure.

Payoneer made a mistake in the shipping address that they were going to send my new card to. They were very quick to respond to my phone call and resolved the problem quickly and in a professional manner.
I had to set up an account to receive payments as a freelancer but the FAQ never specifies that there is a minimum of $1000 to deposit your payments into your bank account. Once I called 2 different reps they submited that request to a different team for review to see if ammount can be lowered. They told me that they do not know when that team would take care of that issue and that I should just keep an eye on my email for some days or maybe weeks since they do not know when the issue will be resolved. Once that clears I am thinking about going to PayPal it seems I should have done that from the beginning
