The customer service representative was very helpful. She answered my question. I was able to reach someone quickly. I felt like my concerns were understood.

I was having difficulties withdrawing funds to my local account; and the assistance I got from the switchboard until to the customer care official by the name of Sophie was quite excellent. The official was somehow 'down to earth' and very helpful as well apologetic.
I am quite certain that she will attend to my issue at her earliest convenience. I will certainly recommend Payoneer to my colleagues

I was not provided a solution to my problem. My card never arrived and I am not able to transfer my own money to my account which I really need.

Comparing it to paypal I would chose paypal anytime over payoneer. In a world where speed means a lot, having to wait for my hard earned money is a really big down side. I would not use Payoneer I didn't have to.

Average overall. You should improve the service more. You should response more quickly. Help line is a important subject there you should response quickly. FAQ is not so enough helpline.

Tech issues could be more seamless. Cld not locate how to link the airbnb acct to the payoneer. Zara tried a few options and discovered that there were 2 apps and one was linked with airbnb and one was independent

Am highly disappointed in your service, my payoneer account was blocked and i was trying all my best to resolve the issue but you refuse to solve it out for me and you insist to release my account from my fiverr. This is totally bad, so far you have block my payoneer account you suppose to release it from my fiverr account. I am feeling bad with your service.

Uso esta empresa hace muchos años y nunca había tenido problemas. Este año me pidieron verificar mi cuenta 3 veces y enviar documentos que ya había enviado más de 10 veces! Mientras tanto no me dejaban disponer de mi dinero, obviamente. Busca alternativas ya que esta empresa no es para nada fiable y se burla de sus usuarios!

Until now, I have good experience with Payoneer - my payments were fast and secure. With Payoneer master card I am able to pay in every shop in my country.
