My pre paid card never reached me for two times and at third time it managed to reach me. To actividate i used the call service for assitance and the customer care was wonderfull and very helpfull.

After withdraw of funds from account, its taken more than 5 business days for funds to be sent to my personal checking account when before it would only take them 2 days. I am considering moving to a different comoany who can make my funds available in a timely manner.

It's like they don't care and they wait days just to respond to an email and even when you call they tell you we will email you so just the whole company is very unhelpful

I have been using the services from Payoneer for around a year and I have to say that I have had great overall experience.

When I got the app I set it up on my phone with FINGERPRINT Verification and sign in. On the phone app there is no way to transfer to bank accounts. Having to goto my computer and trying to log in, I experienced a lot of fail attempts at logging in. Tried resetting my password numerous times. When entering my phone number is would show someone else's email, not mine. When I entered my email for the log in pass reset, it would say sending and I would NEVER receive anything. It took THREE months to get my password reset so that I could log in on YOUR website! And all my security questions were wrong. Not one single place on your app or website says how to change the security questions. I finally got a email from you telling me how to do it, where if you had it on the site on the help guide, I wouldn't had to email. Months later there still is no added function to transfer to bank account on the mobile app. And I had to verify that I'm not a robot just to send this message.
