I am a freelancer who has been doing part time all my life, but one fine day
Suddenly my payoneer account was blocked even without prior notice and the payment that i was suppose to receive from my employee was turned down by payoneer. Besides that the customer service departments individual's take like somewhere close to five business days just to respond to emails, and shamelessly apologizes for the delay in responding to mails. The worst part is even the customer service department is lost completely as to why my account was blocked. They even do not know whether a payment was received and turned down or not, whereas in reality the payment was sent to payoneer and payoneer has refaced to accept the payment as the account was inactive. Now why the account was inactive is the multimillion dollar question that nobody from the customer service has answered so far.
The proof of all my tiered so far with Payoneer's customer service have been annexed as attachment for verification purpose.
The worst past is even after 5 business days they only keep apologizing for the blockade and they never furnish concrete reasons as to why my account was blocked.
Such a terrible experience and now i have to wait for another 2 weeks for my client to process payment when its time for their next payment cycle. The foolish lousy unprofessional and unethical conduct of Payoneer has cost me 14 days delay in receiving my payments.
Seriously guys, there are much better payment processers out there please switch to one of them, and try and avoid payoneer if possible.
i had an issue where my account had been "Blocked" for unknown reasons, was really upset because i was about to receive some payments from clients.. so instead of dropping them emails i called the payoneer customer service department, and Tada!! they resolved my issue promptly and gave me access back to my account within 15 minutes.. would rate them 5/5 anytime and would recommend them to anyone out there..

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
