Customer service when called has been polite and helpful. As far as the Payoneer card all round? Never able to access my supposed prelaoded money and issue never resolved. Gave up and switched payment method to PayPal

I have been using Payoneer for more than 7 years by now - I had my first 'problem' a couple of days ago. It was not really a problem but a technical issue that still made me worried a bit.
My problem was solved within hours - though they politely told me it might take 2-3 business days.
The Support Person I talked to was super helpful, very kind and professional, helped me both about the technical issue and mentally, too so as not to worry.
The company itself has always been very reliable - I can just recommend Payoneer, I always feel calm about the transactions and the inner surface is very clear and easy to handle, as well.
Great speaking with the third person spoken with me, despite her tune is not English sound, she is amazing in solving problems! She even called me back when my calling card got finished, adore you!

Well, the quality of support I received was fine but none of the promises that they gave me wasn't completed and my problem wasn't solved.
