It was great talking to the customer service staff because they were approachable. I hope my problem will be resolved.
Had my worst experience, I spent months! I lost hours and money trying to make this account work, trying to verify my address and identity so I was able to withdraw. They made me leave home several times to gather documents they would never approve anyway, print them, scan them, they even received my rental agreement with all my personal information, off course with no resolution. This company should definitely be audited. Use PayPal instead, it's fast, reliable, easy, transparent.

Whay when transfering to my local banl the charge me 15$ plus my bank an other 15 but tbere was a difference of 20 missing on my account. I transfer 171-15 payoneer fee - 15 bank fee i should have receive 141 instead i got 121

La verdad que conseguir el telefono fue un dolor de cabeza, lo pude conseguir en un foro que encontré de casualidad. Deberia estar mas a mano, en la aplicacion o en la seccion contactenos. Algunas tareas como solicitar una tarjeta nueva cuando ya tenes una vigente no es posible realizarla desde la aplicacion o su sitio web. Me parece poco serio que esté tan escondido y deba ser buscado en foros o sitios externos a Payoneer, esa es lo unica cosa mala que encontré en estos 3 años que tengo como cliente el resto todo perfecto.
Siempre fueron muy atentos y me explicaron todo perfectamente
