Excellent attention from US agents on the contrary agents in the Philippines never resolve anything and they're always trying to get rid of the customer by telling you that they're going to call you back.

Good service offered. I didn't get my issues fully resolved but the rep was very detailed and assured me it was being handled.

No matter the value of money passing through your account, payoneer make you feel like a valued customer every time. I do not have thousands of dollars passing going through my account but with level of attention they give me when needed, you would think I was a millionaire.
