I haven't checked my account for more than 4 years, still Payoneer keep me informed and sent me a mail of my current account before closing it. Now, I can still claim my money.
The person who answered my call were polite and assured me that my payment will be forwarded as soon as possible.
I called the payoneer service, immediately responded to my call that was very important to me and asked them to immediately bloced my stolen card.
They had made it.
First, they blocked the fraudulent attempt to use my card fast that no charge was made. And then when I called them, The support was so pleasant to speak to and the question had been resolved in 10-15min (i needed to ask new card and use DHL to get it fast) I am really impressed.
