Representative, Hank, was very polite and calm. He assisted me each step of the way as I updated my account. What made this experience great was him taking the extra step to realize I was a little frustrated and making sure I stayed calm as I went through the steps.

The card is optional for this account type, and therefore, is not ordered automatically during registration. Here is why it is required to start receiving payments from our official paying companies or through Global Payment Service in order to order a prepaid card.

The main purpose of our platform is to receive payments. The "Make A Payment" service is an additional service that we offer. It has no commission, but it has certain requirements. By default all accounts are enabled to receive payments, however the option to send funds to other Payoneer users is enabled only if it is an active receiving account.
The fastest way to have this service fully enabled is to receive more payments from companies that offer Payoneer as a payment solution.
