Have spent more time fighting over the phone w them than I care to for sure! They will not listen... I spoke to Jai today and she was amazing! But the last time I had to deal w Payoneer customer service I was so mad I wanted to jump through the phone lines and slap that woman who was NOT HEARING MY WORDS AND WHAT MY SITUATION WAS... This card is not a convenience - it is a pain in the butt! I have moved my method of payment back to my regular bank account and will be cancelling my Payoneer Mastercard account immediately.

My card is stolen and i called the customer service for lost and stolen cards. The respond was immediately, fast and clear. The only thing i found not so good, is the height transportation charge for the new card.

Confusing at first

It took a while to get my acct fixed, but now its taken care of. I opened my acct late last year and had issues, it was hard to deal with without a direct line to call for help. That was until I got my Payoneer card with a number to call. Thank you for your help.
