The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it is kind of a pain to change your billing and shipping address. They blocked you any time when you have money in your account and just dose not give you any single reason what ever you may do they will never restore it never will tell what you did and you will not able to get your money they just robe your hard work money dont use this and just get your payment directly to paypal or bank accounts worst and bad services providing company
I can't send payments through my account, Only I can be able to receive. This is absolute crap. You guys sent me some RBI guidelines etc., nobody has time to read that complete page and nobody understand it.
If I can be able to only receive, but I can't send, then there is no point of creating profile at all. All Indian customers should get off from your services because it's complete waste of time.
The same services are provided by PAYPAL. I can send and receive payments with just email ID in seconds. I wonder why you guys got so many rules but not for PAYPAL.

The rules are followed for security purposes. As a regulated US company and online service, Payoneer must strictly comply with the rules and regulations imposed by the US government, MasterCard®, and our banks in order to secure the platform and funds which are going through the platform. In doing so, Payoneer does the necessary steps and collects the required information, ensuring the safety of all transactions done using Payoneer.
We strictly comply with KYC, OFAC, AML, and the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and we are also certified at a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Level 1 Data Security Standard.
Payoneer's core obligations are to protect its clients' earnings and prevent money laundering, here is why we cannot process payments within seconds without proper verification and review.

The pending payment was returned to the sender and it does take a few working days for the payment to return.
