I have a problem that difficult for me. My card it was expired then I renew new card, after I got new I activated. After it activated but I can not make a payment. It show message error like this "We're sorry but you cannot make a payment at this time." I am make sure that the email address that I was input including transfer from usd to usd account. Finally I still can't transfer. Hopefully, technical will solve this problem soon.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the "pay" feature on your account was not working. It sounds like you may have just had a card balance issue. When activating a new card, it generally takes 2 hours for any funds from your previous card to be applied to the knew one. Because of this, you are not able to send a payment our right away. Because of this, it can cause a technical issue for the new card which may disable the pay feature. I am happy to see that you were able to speak with our customer care team and this issue does seem to be resolved for you.
