I was a payoneer user for 4 years. 4 YEARS! Until one day they asked for their so called "Verification" document for my address. My existing address in payoneer site wasn't a match with my current address cause I moved to a new house. Anyways, after keeping me at waiting list for more than 2-3 weeks, I get an email from them that my account has been banned.
WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION OR REASON!
I didn't get any explanation in email or in chat when I contacted them regarding this issue. They were like "We cannot provide you any reason for the ban but it says here that your account is banned". I mean what do you think your customers are? Fools!
It's absolutely unacceptable that you ban someone's account without any explanation even after they asked for it. And on top of that, I'm banned for life form payoneer. Did you find me gambling or receiving drug selling money in my account? I was so foolish to think you guys are a good company.
I demand a reason for the ban.

Its easy to use the customer service is fast and responsive, would be great if they could also offer USD cards for airbnb hosts.

Actually i haven't got the demand i want but the help they are giving me is satisfying. I wanted a mastercard prepaid system. They are helping me to give it. If they approved it soon i will be very grateful..

I love Payoneer's professionalism and friendly support staff. My credit card got defrauded, and they immediately picked it up and stopped it before any real damage could be done. Their rates are reasonable and their app and website works without a hitch. I really can't think of a single thing they can do better, and they have my loyalty for the rest of my life. If you pay for something and you don't get what you paid for you have to wait a minimum of 30 days...
This I was informed of NOT ONCE but twice...
This was a product I paid for received it the next day and was NOTHING like I had paid for...
But I have to wait a Minimum of 30 Days to make a complaint...
Once by an operator called Devlin and then by his Supervisor Called Alex 2236... Their Manager is Shy but uses the name Adam

A dispute is not a one sided process. Whenever a dispute is open, the merchant has the chance to fight this claim and retain the payment. Because of this, we allow 30 days to give you time to approach the merchant to see if they can resolve this for you. This demonstrates that they have been given an appropriate window to do so which makes is helpful in building the dispute case. By waiting, we are simply trying to help in getting a more favorable decision should a dispute be opened.

I am sorry to hear about your account being closed. Usually when this happens, it is due to a break in the Payoneer terms and conditions. Unfortunately, in cases like this, we can not disclose the closure reason for security purposes.
Please know that it is never our intent to close an account and we are sad to see that this had to be done. In general, as soon as one of the rules of the terms and conditions becomes broken there is no other action that the review department can take but to close the account.
