Payoneer make my life very easy receiving money from my client, and the app is as easy as 1, 2, 3 to use.
The service I received from my phone call with Jenny as the Customer Care representative was very good. But I have been trying to contact your service online and the system is not working. When I go to the Contact page and try to send a message, I choose the language and then the Topic, but when I press Submit it says select another subject under the Topic and it never goes even after I press submit again. I have sent numerous messages to Customer Service and not received replies, so in general the phone call was productive but otherwise the service has been terrible.
The customer service representative was very friendly.
She sent off an email right as we were chatting on the phone. She thought she sent the solution to the problem, however, the steps in the email to solve my problem have been exactly what I've been doing for the last month. The account is set up where the bank information on the employer's (palfixx) side can't be changed.
I still haven't solved my problem with 2.5 months backpay from PalFixx.

You have very slow payment processing. Please improve this part. It takes 7-8 working days to get payment in bank. With such a long time span, how can we start working with our clients?

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I'm sorry that our current processing times are not yet meeting your expectations. I would like to provide a little more insight into the process we use and why it takes so long.
First, this depends on the method of payment selected by the client. Based on their choice this can range from 2-7 days before the funds are available. During that time we are reviewing the payment, which depending on the client and their history of payments, can be subject to an additional verification. Once approved, when the funds are sent to your bank account, there is a 3-5 business day wait as the payment is delivered to an intermediary bank, which connects it to your local bank to finalize the deposit.
Please know that these reviews and processing times are in place to protect both you and your client. These processes help to reduce disputed charges, as well as potential fraud, and ultimately create a safer environment for your business activities

A few days ago, I tried to attach my local bank account for two times to my Payoneer account. Rather than the confirmation email, I got an email from Payoneer "We regret to inform you that you can no longer receive payments to your Payoneer account, due to a
Violation of Payoneer's Terms & Conditions.".
Reply from Payoneer:
1: Your request to add a new withdrawal method is under review
2: Thank you for providing this document. We sent it to the relevant department in order for us to try manually to add these bank details.
3: Alert: You Can No Longer Get Paid via Payoneer
Is it a violation of adding the local bank accounts to Payoneer accounts?
I've contacted Customer support like 2,3 times, but didn't get any response. And my requests shown as resolved automatically. Now, the Payoneer account team is refused to solve my problem. My account isn't blocked yet. They are not opening my account nor they are closing!

This is to make sure that the account holder is using our service within the terms and conditions we provide. In any situation where there is some activity that is against the terms of use are found, the account immediately becomes closed.
In situations like this, we are not able to disclose the exact violation that took place for security purposes. You're welcome to review our terms and conditions of use if you wish to see if you can identify which rule may have been broken. Once a break in the terms and conditions take place, there is no way for an account to be recovered.

Payoneer customer care doesn't SUPPORT their customers anymore. They should introduce a warning system for their Customers. "Payoneer to Payoneer funds transfer" is against their Terms and conditions. But they are allowing customers to do so. They should remove this option from accounts. Payoneer support is so careless!
