Actually, my review is more like 4.5 stars. Having a card I can get payments to and make payments from is very convenient. I have more control over my money and their security is on it, as I got an alert about an unauthorized transaction. It's good to know security wasnt asleep. My only grouse is the inability to transfer to my specific bank. That's a bridge that's still a problem, but hope springs eternal, I guess.
WARNING for everyone, especially those who have yet not started using their services, checking reviews and from ASIA - if you are working for an international client (Mine is from USA) and they decide to release your payment through Payoneer the chances are high it would not reach your bank account and no one from Payoneer will even give a reply. I have $280.50 stuck with them since April 16th, 2019. 14 days have passed, no sign of the money and the last reply I received from them was 3 days back. They have been not replying to emails since then. So please make a wise decision, or risk your money and your mental peace.
After reading a lot of reviews, i left hopes about the timeline it might take to credit my money to bank and i was wrong. It came in within 19hrs 21mins. What more i can ask for. The charges were pretty good and affordable even though they tweak its line items to show them as competitive. But for me, it worked well and great.
The online banking is less than to be desired as its difficult to navigate which makes otk hard to fond thjngs

Having registered with Payoneer an year ago, I received 3 payments against my payment requests to various clients in different countries without any problem but the last payment of US$699 declined giving no reason whatsoever. The payment having been receiver by Payoneer on 27th, we delivered digital products to the customer but today Payoneer declined my payment which is a net loss of big money. In case, they had to decline the payment, they should have made a restriction on my panel before I could send a payment request to my client. Payoneer should take full responsibility and make my payment instantly.
My payment of US$699 paid by the client on 27th March was declined by Payoneer without any justified reasons on 28th. During this period I delivered the digital products to the customer who will not repay this amount now.
I made repeated requests to Payoneer live chat but they were deaf and dumb.
Now I see that Payoneer has removed the option of "request payment" from my panel which clearly indicates that Payoneer had failed to remove it before I made the payment request and still Payoneer decided to decline the payment. Don't you think it is ridiculous and unethical for a financial consolidator?
Who will pay the amount of US$699 which I have lost?
Why has Payoneer suddenly decided to withdraw this facility of "Request Payment" from us when we are working under the company law board in India with registration certificate, PAN Number and GST Number?
Moreover, we have used Payoneer facility to receive 3 payments in the past few months, still Payoneer suddenly declined a received payment and withdraw the facility?
The payment was under processing not review as it was declined almost after 24 after you received the payment. "Processing" is a synonym for furthering for payment not for "review". You have no justification for declining the payment. Actually you forgot to review my status in advance to lock the "request payments" tab in my panel. Anyways, this shall be posted on social media and reported to Reserve Bank of India and if necessary dragged to the relevant court of law in India.
Payoneer is a very risky payment gateway. They can deny your payments without giving reasonable reasons like it happened with me yesterday. Be careful of Payoneer

I signed up payoneer and attached it to my fiverr account. I decided to use the Make-A-Payment Feature on Payoneer to pay for services and product purchased.
Payoneer disabled my USD balance since 2 weeks ago and I'm completely frustrated.
Each time I contacted them, they give me the useless excuse - "under review". I don't know maybe they have lazy asses in their office who does not review an account and restores it immediately.
Why put people in a bad state. I didn't violate your terms of service. I used your MAP feature and you held my funds for more than 2 weeks, telling me under review everyday.
The crazy part is I can't withdraw my funds and I cannot load the Payoneer account with new funds cos it will all still remain under their useless review.;
Please find a solution to this. Payoneer is extremely annoying and I cannot deal with this issue no more. I am frustrated. Payoneer, give me MY MONEY and restore my account IMMEDIATELY or I need to get a LAWYER!

I first registered in October 2018. Now it is March 2019 and still no progress.
The biggest issue I had was that the support/help service does not reply at all (wonder if it even exists), even after more than 5 messages with pictures to try make them understand of the problem I have.
I tried everything but nothing worked.
It has come to this that I must give the lowest score on business review.
Best to stay to other services that actually reply to their customers and know how to help. Really disappointed!

We understand your disappointment however, using your details, we could see that your account is already approved. In fact, it was approved as soon as you have provided the correct bank details. We could see that at the time, our support has been communicating with you until you could provide the necessary document. Right after that, you also received an automated email stating that your account was approved.
Please note that the card is not the first option provided to access the payments you send to your account, the primary option is the direct bank transfer. The option to order a card becomes available on your online account once you start receiving payments from companies through the Global Payment Service or companies we work with in partnership.

They did not make my payment, claimed a technical problem and when I call to resolve no one knows to let me know what happened. That is, my money is gone
I'm sorry to have to share this information but they are not reliable and the problem solving service is very bad. If someone had informed me a date that would have solved the problem I would be calmer. However, no one knows how to give correct information whether my case will be resolved or not.
Although they offer a very good rate they do not deliver with the promised one. I'm calling a lawyer to solve the problem.
