While payoneer likes to pride themselves in being a stellar international payment agency, my experience has shown me that not all countries are taken into consideration, especially African countries. I say this not to be controversial but the fact is there are situations that are peculiar to African payoneer users that may not be the case for the rest of the world.
The inability of payoneer to recognise this and make ample adjustments to cater for such situations just shows a lack of consideration.

Great response. I am very satisfied with him but he should replay emails as fast as he can. But he is great for me while arguments.
As far as I'm concerned Payoneer is the number 1 online money transfer service today. 1000 times better than Paypal. People you speak to actually know what's going on with your account and no ridiculous limitations etc.
I like payoneer, they give a + to my business and i really recommend to use it espicially for third countries
Customer care was good. I really appreciate the help from the agent Simon in understanding the status of my account. Beside this, you will receive a vague email once in 2-3 weeks, I applied for an account in March, the account has been "approved" in may... and they seems to ask for the same additional details over and over again. I was supposed to receive my tax refund using Payoneer account, but as the account seemed to be approved in May, not until 15th of Aprilq, I will not receive the entire refund amount. Anyway. I recommend this, only if you are forced to use this platform.

Loved the way she communicates and understands, was not robotic or scripted, she took the time to listen and was not in a hurry to end the call, she did everything possible on her end..
Since I started using Payoneer three years ago it has made my life so much easier to get my earnings in a quick manner and have them available just a few minutes after loading the card.
Edit: Also I want to add that their support team is great and very helpful, at least it's been this way the couple of times I had contacted them.

Payoneer was nothing but good to me in the past 7 years, i've used it, for everything, from making payments to receiving money, i've probably had tens of thousands of transactions, and my card was loaded from at least a hundred different clients, without mentioning freelancing platforms i worked with.
I'm telling you all of this to let you know that because of a client's complaint, they have closed down my account and took my $460 from me, and said that there's nothing they can do. So imagine my surprise and confusion, that an account can be closed and balance can be taken away this easily, for absolutely no reason, and i even have prepared all the documents they asked for to contradict the complaint, but it seems that their mind was already set even before i sent them what they asked for.
Don't let any money in your account, withdraw it all, don't be like me.
