I was worried about my account "Block" issue and called to Payoneer CS. The representative attended me really well and helped me in sorting this issue. I feel really relaxed after talking to CS.
Good service too bad the agents that attend your calls are not always clear or willing to help: ( but overall it is a good service have used this for over 5 years now and counting!
It's such an amazing service payoneer providing. No sending fee low withdraw fee and providing Global Payment Services of different countries and much more.
Payoneerare great in what they do, and their customer service is excellent.
However, they lack basic services such as the possibility of receiving payments from individuals (not companies) via credit card or bank transfer. They function as my bank account to receive payments from companies that request an American or European bank account (like Amazon), and I think they should have such a service accessible to people who work with them. Unfortunately, when I need to get paid from a customer who is not from my country and does not have a Payoneer account - I have to look for other solutions, like PayPal and so on.
Im currently in South Africa and still use my Poyoneer account and i have not encounted any problems with their services its been satisfying so far 4 years of no problems their site solutions to every problem you encounter with your account... PAYONEER ROCKS

Very hassle free to use and a godsend if you trade worldwide in multiple currencies. It has save us $200 a month in bank standing charges so I totally recommend Payoneer as a flexible solution. It's easy for clients to use too.
You'll basically be doing the same thing everyday. Talking to customers with similar problems in an endless string of calls lasting all day. They'll want you to also write emails all day when you're not on call but its hard when it gets interrupted by constant calls. Not too much micromanaging but it can be annoying.
Gill was very thorough and patient helping me get this issues regarding email and bank accounts updated.
Would recommend him as a great customer service rep.
