However, whenever the documentation required for the approval of your card gets to the red tape department, you should expect them to be slow, have zero attention to detail, and drag your elderly and disabled landlord halfway across the city just because your lease agreement (without a fixed date) was issued two years ago. I wonder if they teach all thattheir managerial staff formal logic these days. The answer is probably "no."
I signed up briefly because I wanted to receive funds from Fiverr.
I couldn't complete the sign-up process because I couldn't get past the security questions... The first was easy, the second only gave me options about the male parent (well, there were two other options, what city was my grandfather, on the mothers side born, and what country did I first visit; to which I had no clue of either).
As a single person who doesn't have a male parent in my life, I couldn't sign up with Payoneer successfully and had to ring up and have a representative delete my account.
The representative asked a security question about a father and I had to tell her I didn't answer any of those. She then insistently apologised which made the impression I was lesser, there's nothing to apologise for. I have a great life.
Whoever wrote up those questions lives under a rock and it must greatly impact the amount of customers that can sign up with Payoneer..
Looks *******@Payoneer is cheating with fees. I had "Immediate Load" option turned on since 2014 (don't really know why). In 2017 this option disappeared from UI completely (no "Disable" button etc.). Transactions stated just "Fee". Support admitted there's an error in their system and said they refund for only the period starting from when I contacted them. And here's the most intriguing thing below. They turned off "Immediate Load" option for my account and now transactions will take 2 days to be cleared. But my friend who issued Payoneer card after 2017 and doesn't have "Immediate Load" option usually receives money on card in 1-2 hour. Ridiculous.
7 days after upload required documents, my account still waiting approvement, there is no any email from you for require more doucments, it is really disappointed for your company.

I've started using Payoneer on June 4th - that's when I sent my first payment to it - and since then, I've had so many questions to ask to where the Customer Service (both on chat and by phone call) were always there to help.
I would definitely recommend Payoneer.
So far I used my virtual card to buy from Steam, Amazon and a couple of other local vendors. They take a few hours to process the order but I think once they confirm the card is legitmate and has funds in it, the process will take much faster.

Has been working well for me, I hope my ID which is now uploaded twice does solve this ongoing issue. Another thing to recognize I receive payment on a weekly bases and not recognising I'd be eligible for a MasterCard is absurd. That's my only issue.
