We are having a very bad experience with Payoneer support team. On 26-May-2019, Amount initiates from our Payoneer account to our bank account payment of $1225 but we still haven't received the money in our bank account. Since the last 45 days, Payoneer is not able to figure out where the money goes. We have also asked Payoneer support to revert the transaction but no progress on it. This is totally unbearable. We have informed Payoneer team through live chat, email & creating a ticket. Earlier, we were getting a response that transaction will be processed within a few days and now we are getting the response that amount was already transferred to our bank account. We have already shared a couple of time bank statement and email from bank executive as the amount is not credited in a bank account.
We are looking for quick support to resolve this issue. You can't hold like this forever.

It's one month that i opened Payoneer account bank, but can't i still cannot get my cash, If i will not get my money i need to change Bank.

From since I came across Payoneer I was so happy to have found them and i was been a customer for quiet a number of years. The service is outstanding and even more are being done to help us to get money and send money and even spend it to.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY GIVE RUN AROUNDS, UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY requested my drivers license 4 times over a course of 10 days to continue holding my funds THERE AUTOMATED MESSAGES continues to say my license is not readable. Scan copy by printer, and phone copy where both denied. Customer service has no clue what is going on, and they dont put manager on phone. AVOID at all costs. Now i have to wait another 7 days for my money to be returned back to my credit card. They are probably buying bitcoin with my money and lost money on down market. Geez. Crap service. WILL NOT USE AGAIN

The ATM (TELENOR - Bank (SRB)) did not provide me with the money I requested, and yet my funds were reserved (800$). I wish to thank the Payoneer representatives for getting on top of this matter and refunding the amount to my main balance. During our conversation they were polite, nice and understanding. If in Serbia and you use Payoneer, think twice to use TELENOR to withdraw your funds.

The service is good but they didn't resolve my essue. I have call several time but I can't use my card to associate it to my Airbnb account, I can't get payments from abril and it is still unresolved
Support where it needed and they are the only way that I get paid via Upwork. When there were no Bank in Bangladesh could receive payment from Odesk and ELance, Payoneer offered the way to get the payment from the marketplace and since then I am using it and I am loving it. Now that most of the private bank has the facility to receive money from upwork but still I am using payoneer as they are quick and reliable.
There are good CSM and then here is Payoneer, a cut above. Their agents make you want to take them on every online support. A great and reliable company to put your trust and your money in. Never misses a payment, nor a transaction.
They replied me very late (after 48 hours) on support ticket. My upwork account transaction was not transferred successfully in my payoneer account. It was showing me in pending state so I had submitted the request to payoneer support but they didn't reply me. After waiting some time, I submitted another request but no reply. Even I had submitted my third request they still didn't reply. After 48 - 72 hours I guess, I got reply from payoneer support.
My card was stolen, so great resolved situation! Very good and efficient help center and kind man who helped me. You are the best!
