I have been calling customer care about my issue for about 4-5 days but still, it hasn't been resolved. This time again I have been assured that you'll receive an email regarding your problem in 24 hours.

It has been 1 month after documents are submitted, and still, my check is in pending, so calculate 1 month for clarification and 1 month pending for approval. So more than 2 month without accounts. + time and phone bills for solving this.
I have used Payoneer more than 6 months now, so far so good, no issues that cannot be solved, love it!
Payoneer is good service but nowadays the behaviour with their clients is very harsh in they are closing accounts without any warning and notification so please don't do that notify us through mail or message if you do something wrong thank you
Payoneer is good, they are fast and reliable. I have been using them for over two years and they work 24hours to improve they security.

I have problem related to my account approve. They said in 3 to 5days account will be approved. I hope that my account will be approved as soon as possible.
We asked them to enable the option to "request payments" in our account because we pay to our suppliers in China (inidivduls that do marketing for our website) and we also need to get paid by our clients for marketing service that we provide on our website. I have personally sent the email with what they requested. More than a week there was no reply by their customer service and I needed to call in order to realize that they decided to reject our request without providing any reasonable reason.

I would like to see some improvements on the website as I don't find it fully transparent especially for the older generation.
The customer service is good when you eventually get through but calling is better. They might have a hitch on their live-chat.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
