I WAS CONTACTED VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VIA THIS WEBSITE AFTER I POSTED THE REVIEW WHICH WAS ABOUT MAYBE A WEEK OR WEEK AND HALF AGO. I PROVIDED THEM WITH INFORMATION THAT THEY REQUESTED AND SINCE THEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVE A RESPONE ON THE PROGRESS OF CLOSING MY ACCOUNT! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE CHECKED AND THE ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN, I SENT THEM ABOUT COMPLAINT VIA THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH THEIR RESPONSE IS THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS, THEY DON'T EVEN READ THE INFORMATION THAT IS SENT AS I HAD MENTIONED IN THE MESSAGE THAT I HAD PROVIDED INFORMATION TO THEM ETC,

Payoneer is good payment gateway. Continuously improving is really appreciated but still not enough. If can minimize the chat conversation time, it would be great. At the moment have to wait for hours. Secondly, the time between receive payment and deposit in account should be in hours not in days. If you can minimize these two, it would become so lovely.

Your support team is the best at first they hear you and they pay attention and even when on hold the place a nice song and come back to remind you an agent is working for you.
I have been working with payoneer from 2 years and now I have reached a conclusion, they are intelligently scamming us. They blocked my account without any reason. I researched and found out that they are doing this on large scale and the accounts they are blocking all have thousands of dollars in balance. I contacted them, agreed to cooperation at every step but they refused to give answer and denied of giving reason. They are a big scam, I have hundreds of proofs with screen shots.
