My account was blocked and my 1.8K USD was stolen. They give no answer and only make excuses. Everything works until they decide to steal your money.

I bid & won certain items that were NOT what was advertised. I contacted TOPHATTER to return the items for a refund. Their response and refund was almost immediate. I am utterly appaled by their services and will never be using them again. I was making an online payment to someone, and this was one of the most recommended ways to do so safely.
None of their representatives is qualified to assist or find out any more information that you are unable to do yourself. I have spoken to their team roughly 20+ times in the space of just over a month and each time ending the conversation left very frustrated.
The long and short of it, I made a payment overseas, and the payment bounced back for some unknown reason. I was then informed that I would receive the payment back to my account within 7-10 working days, it has now been 34 days! And still, I haven't received anything, merely a screenshot saying that they are looking into this.
Time and time again, I have spoken to a member of their team who are all unable to track where the payment is, to then I got told that the payment is being held in a processing queue to get checked.
Now, why is this payment being checked instead of being refunded directly, I need to know,
I will not be using this service again as they have made the whole process very difficult to trust in their services.

Payoneer is a confusing mess. They have tried to automate much of their account approval and customer service. They require id with picture, issued by the country you live in. Someone tell them that there are many countries you can actually live in and not have an id issued by the country. No word from them that my account is not approved, website says no need to provide more documents. End result, 2 months account pending and my money is stuck in Airbnbn.
I love Payoneer transaction since there is security in making payments. Kudos to the company and the entire customer support.
