I got my ustomer ID more than 3 weeks ago but had to call to check the status of my account. I havent received my card yet and it is likely to. Take another 3 weeks. It should have been with me already. Request an urgent delivery.

Please be advised, if your account is already approved, that means the card is on the way. If that is the case, this could possibly mean your card was sent via regular shipping.
Regular shipping can take anywhere from 10 to 28 business days for the card to arrive. If you are requesting for a different shipping method, we strongly suggest you contact our customer support team to see what can be done on your behalf.

Very friendly and efficient. Ready to solve problems. The customer care staff are ready and willing to hear our problems and find solutions. It's also easy to call them anytime but the phone call charges are little high. It's all good though.

We do apologize you are experiencing inconsistent transfer times. We understand how frustrating it can be to not have the funds, you require, on time. At Payoneer, we do our best to provide our clients with the most reliable and smoothest services to help process such transfers.
Please note that we use intermediate banks as well, to help further speed up this process. It could be that your transfer is just delayed and taking longer than usual to arrive.
Generally speaking, bank transfers can take 2-5 business days for the funds to reach your local bank account. This time frame is also dependent on when the initial transfer was made. Banks usually don't operate on weekends or national holidays, which can in turn lead to a later estimated arrival date.

Payoneer is a really cool service. The problem with it is that it has bad UI and it's support section is just terrible. And it would be nice to provide some user-friendly info about fees and related stuff with examples so people would get more details on how to use their accounts wisely.

Each payment is subject to a review by our payments department. In such cases, there are certain requirements a client must fulfill. Although this process can generally take 3 to 5 business days, it can vary depending on how constant the communication is with the client. Clients are usually asked to submit documents via email or through their online account. From the day the client submits these documents and gets transferred to the relevant department, is when the timeframe takes place. We strongly suggest clients to communicate with us via phones or chats, in order make this process go by quicker.
