I had experienced a 3 day delay in the shipment of my replacement card. Apparently their system kept misinterpreting my request for the faster shipment option for the standard shipment. It was very inconvenient because I had to constantly call customer services to correct the problem.
You need wait days for the support team to reply to your request and they can cancel our account anytime without mentioning anything not even an email and it happens when ever you receive a account and you don't when you will get refund the money of your account and they don't even review the account again it can be a mistake from them. So paypal is better than payonneer even if it charged some more money there will not be any delay and their support is good.

If you leave a request through email, in our customer care queue, please expect to wait anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for a response (Saturdays and Sundays not included). We are sorry that your account was cancelled. Our accounts team, whose in charge of reviewing the account, have to follow strict guidelines established by the US government. It takes time for my account to get verified but it's worth it. Costumer service was great and they handled my issues accordingly
If you lost your card it will be a pain in the $#*! to get a new one but, overall, financially, this company is awesome
Very slow deposit or send payment. It ruin my business. Sometime I have to waiting money 1 week. I cant promise my partner and I cant give service to my customer. My money but I cant use every step I have to wait 24+48 hr

Sometimes when a funding source submits a payment, the payment does not actually arrive to our system instantly. Depending on how the funding source has sent the payment, it can take anywhere between one and three business days for the payment to arrive into the Payoneer system.

If you do request this manually, it will not be possible and will have your card sent out via regular mail.
