The company is a scam and need to be shut down by regulators. They lead us to believe the service is easy to make transaction. I paid a freelancer who did a wonderful job a few days ago, but he is yet to receive his funds. Apparently now they want my passport or photo Is upload to approve the payment? WHAT! They are a dangoures organisation to send personal details to. Who ever needed to provide such personal information to someone. PayPal I'm back! A simple bank acccout and away we go. Payoneer you will be shut down eventually for this unreasonable practices.

They trap your funds as minimum $50 can only be withdrawn at a time so they always keep $50 of your money and they try to make me take out a credit card just to your my funds back. Payoneer I will keep posting bad reviews every day until you transfer my remain funds into my bank account and then close my account. The ball is in your court, if you care about your star rating you might want to fix this!

At Payoneer we do not "trap" your funds. The $50 minimum you are referring to is from our withdraw to bank services. This service enables users to withdraw any funds from their Payoneer account to their local bank account at affordable rates. The minimum is dictated by the agreements we have with the bank that was registered and the currency. If you were to withdraw to a local bank account that receives USD, the minimum is $300. It seems you are withdrawing to a bank account in your local currency. Usually, in these cases, the minimum will always be 50 USD. Please understand that this limit doesn't just apply to you but to all our clients as well. Since Payoneer, is a financial institution monitored by the US government, we have to comply with strict guidelines in how we handle financial transfers.

The Customer Service Rep. That assist me is very considerate and helpful. This month, I did not meet the minimum threshold amount of money to be able to transfer funds on my bank account. As a solution, he adjust my Payoneer funds a little bit for me to be able to transfer it on my bank account. I thought it will be deducted on my future client payments but he assure me it will not be deducted. I'm very grateful for this excellent customer service. Thank you, Payoneer.

I have used Payoneer ever-since I have been freelancing. I am pretty satisified.
The only thing I wish they did, is be a payment gateway so I can directly sell and receive payments from anyone, without having to ask the payer to send non-sense veritifcation documents.
I was expecting to get quick response or at least within three days but they took more than 8 days and then eventually I had to call them for my problems and I don't think that it has been solved yet.

Every year we get more and more clients using our services to help their businesses grow. Like any other institution that deals with money, we have strict guidelines we must comply by. We are required, by the US government, to have any payments coming in be reviewed. Our review process, require our clients and their workers to submit documents for verification and approval. We have to make sure our platform is safe for everyone to use. When payments go into review, we strongly advise clients to give our customer care center a call. This will ensure that any documents that needed to be submitted, actually get submitted. Review time for payments can vary case by case. Generally we give our clients an estimated time frame of 3 to 5 business days ( Saturdays and Sundays not included). Each case gets handled by the order in which they arrived.
We know it is not in your best interest to wait so long for a payment to get approved. Please keep in mind that all our clients go through this process, not just you. We greatly appreciate the patience and understanding they go through during this review process.
