So, in a sum it took less time, I got my money in 3 days after withdrawal request.

I see they comment reviews saying that they don't have enough people to process transfers faster. So guys, consider to hire people in approval team, not in smm.

I guess I'll give it one more chance, because they say that further payments will be processed faster.

We understand your concern and frustration, in getting your funds as soon as possible. We are working hard to have this process go by smoothly and quickly as possible. However, there are just some steps that unfortunately we have no control.

When a transfer gets done at Payoneer, we use a provider. In other words, we use another bank so the funds can arrive to your local bank account. Now depending in what currency your local bank account is, can vary in how long the funds can take to arrive. Usually we give our clients up to 5 business days for the funds to arrive to their account. There are cases in which funds can arrive that same day of when the transfer was initiated. This can be due to the type of bank and how fast they receive any transfers. We, do not have this information as this relies on your local bank account. In short, it is not about how many people we have but how banking systems work, especially if an intermediate bank is involved.

Like stated, we greatly appreciate your feedback and will let our internal teams know about your review. This can help us better improve the quality of service we provide to our clients, like yourself.

Okay, It took an entire week to just transfer money from my partner to the service.
Now I want to withdraw my money from the service (and finally forget about it forever) to the bank account.

And guess what? I have to wait for more than a week again. They take 24 hours to review it and then 5 days to withdraw my money.

Moreover, apparently, they start your withdrawing once you confirmed it by email. But, what a surprise, you don't receive any. So I had to contact them by online chat, wait for an 40 minutes just to confirm my operation.

They are still in stone age in every aspect.

I still can't believe it, thanks God I have some money on me, this service is totally unreliable.

Still, if you have any other option, stay away.

Thieves and no support

My company has been using Payoneer services for 2 months, it was working well: Payoneer gives you or your business a "virtual" bank account, and the price is 2% of each withdrawls.
Then one day for no reason they just locked the "withdraw button" of my account, with 1500 locked.
There was no notification of any kind when they locked my 1500, no email, no message in the website, no phone call. They just decided to put my company business off without warning
Payoneer support by mail/tickets needs several days for answer, or does not answer questions.
Payoneer support by chat needs 2 to 3 HOURS of waiting to talk to someone, and when support answers, they're useless.
When I finally had a chat with their support, the guy told me that my company account was "under verification" by a security department: I told them that I'm able to provide all invoices, proof of work, all informations needed, but they ignored me.
It's been 9 days that my hard-earned money is locked in Payoneer. After 1 or 2 days, it's not "investigation", this is theft.

Very useful system to receive international payments! I recommend this service if you've a virtual company and want to have a more professional projection, then Payoneer is the way to go.

Is there a Payoneer Representative here? Please tell me how I can contact you.

I sent an issue to Customer Service and it has been pending for a long time.

I applied for an account, and waited for 02 months but it was not approved. I did not even get a mail that it was declined. Just no reply at all. I kept trying Live Support but it never worked saying 'Not available due to high number of requests'. One day Live Support connected and gave me a waiting time of 03:55 minutes. I waited for 1 hour and I was still in the queue. I just left the queue.

I will not trust a company with my money if they have such an inefficient customer service.

The site's rep on sitejabber replies quickly. But the site's Customer Service takes ages to reply. I wonder what is the problem.

Customer service sends me an email that my address need to be updated. I send them the updated address. But again I get the same email. I again send them the address. Again I get the same email. What is this?

Finally, account got approved. Waiting for the card. Will update my review again after I get my first payment.

Recently my interaction with the Customer Service and experience with the site has been excellent. Keep it up Payoneer.@Mathew H

If you have any issue in payoneer just call the payoneer customer center and they will solve.
And very good regarding the payment if comparison to others. Its good and fast for payment transfer with minimum fees...

They have done well with the service but they can always improve on some areas on customer service. Whenever a card is stolen at the mail then the service needs to make sure that clients get their cards but with less charges. The company needs to do some quality on their processes and consistency on their system. In my case, payments have been arriving on time and have had no delays; however, their system needs a little work on the consistency and agility.
If they need a software developer then they can hire me to the team and contribute and help out on how to rearrange the system for a faster client or customer experience.
Again, so far, I have been paid on time but don't really want to have a future experience that my money might get lost or delayed. That would freak me out.

In regard to the cards, in case it does not arrive on time, please know that there is no fee, the new card we ship is free of charge. Moreover, we are doing our best in order to improve and make sure payments are not delayed but keep in mind that since we are not a bank we use the aid of other processing banks to transfer the funds. This is the reason why in some cases, some payments may be delayed, however, but please note that the transfers are not lost.

I simple words, payoneer's Customer Service is just like a $#*!. Payoneer is good service if you need any help you will be $#*!ed by these unprofessional agents of Payoneer. I can't help out properly which major drawback of this company.

It would be much better if Payoneer would ensure that the customer is made aware of all the necessary requirements for verification before the client chooses Payoneer as a mode of payment. This would avoid unnecessary stalemates in the release of funds from Payoneer.
