Paypal transfers in 10 mins while Payoneer transfers in 12 hours. Lol. But payoneer's rate is cheaper than Paypal. Fair trade if you tell me. I haven't tried Paypal's customer service yet but Payoneer's agents are very good. Though Payoneer's wait time is 15mins. Geez.
Hi. I truly recommend Payoneer as a prime service to handle our payments and businesses. You can receive your money in any bank you want, National or International. I'm Venezuelan, and I can say that with Payoneer I have found solutions for accesing my payment in a very acceptable way. Their service is exceptional. What are you doing using other services? Move to Payoneer!

We apologize, that you had a bad experience with our customer care service. It's completely understandable how annoyed you must be with trying to get a clear answer about your worries regarding any funds and fees.
We want to clarify with you, that Payoneer never holds your funds without reason. If you have received a payment, and is currently pending, usually clients would need to have submitted documentation. Each payment that comes into Payoneer, is subject to review by our payments team. If our payments team require verification, clients must provide them if they wish to have their funds processed to their account. Like any other financial institution, we must comply with US regulations. This means we have to follow strict guidelines. It is also worth to know that, once a clients submits a document, it does take 1 to 3 business days for our payments team to review.
When it comes to fees, we always welcome our clients call in, so we can discuss which fees are getting applied. If you leave an email, response time can be anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.
