Instead of allow to do all the proper checks before receive your first payment, Payoneer ask more details about you after the first payment, and their verification system is automated, no human contact, and does not work, now I'm trapped in their system because I have my money in the account, but I'm unable to use it until they check the information I sent 2 times but because they don't invest in human resources, I have to wait 5 business days to wait a simple 5 minutes documentation check from their side, DON'T register in Payoneer if you need to use the money ASAP.

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!

When we request documents, they can take up to 5 business days for them to be reviewed by our highly trained approvals team. Our team typically deals with hundreds upon thousands of these requests a day, so this is why it takes longer than usual. Additionally, the documents that are received and analyzed by our approvals team need to be in the highest possible quality, all for regulatory and compliance reasons. Still, we recognize that we should handle your documents with a better sense of urgency especially as you have a payment pending. Everything should have been approved in a timely fashion.
