Any of my issues have always been resolved in a timely fasion. Agents are always knowledgeable about the product and very friendly. Sometimes you get another department by accident and even if its the wrong department they still try to help you.
I find Payoneer an extremely professional entity. I have received promt help whenever help desk was contacted. I would like a little more improvement on mail requests. A good combination of BOT & manual help will perhaps be needed.
