I have contacted customer care on the 14th to inquire and they advised my funds will be available within 1-3 days, 18th and I still don't have the funds available. This is really poor service!
Payoneer is great for freelancers looking to get paid for remote work. I have never had a card making withdrawals or using their card for online transactions. The Global payment Service is a great feature for receiving money from banks too!

Utterly terrible customer service. Actually, close to non-existent customer service as they don't contact you and don't respond.

Avoid- I may as well as have not bothered to earn that money that you won't let me have access to it.
The company needs an email run by real humans who can attend to customers not the automated ones that already have set answers.
Unfortunately any changes to bank details take way to long and these processes need to be looked into..

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
