Their customer service is efficient, you may have a little problem when your account is not yet verified but their customer service will help you ASAP via phone.
I received payment via Payoneer every month, from the same company for the past 10 months, and the last payment is Pending, due to security reasons. Its pending for 11 days, and probably it will take 3 more working days. I provided the additional documents I was asked, and still can't access my money. No one is explaining why this matter occurred.

The customer service was willing to help just that my issue wasn't resolved for some reason. I had to call about five times in relation to the same problem.
Expensive and not convinient at all, I was already using their service, they take $4 from the person that deposits and $15 from me when I withdraw to my other Bank. I was ok with that (although it is a rip off and shouldn't have been ok with it) but on top of it all now they say they can no longer let me use payoneer because my country is not in their list of countries that they service. They could have said that from the get go instead of wasting my time and taking my money which seems they are so fine doing, all of a sudden they say that me being able to use the service in the first place was a mistake, honestly get your story straight and stop wasting people's time and money.
