Few years now with Payoneer and i never encountered any issues with online payments or cash withdrawal. The customer support is quiet helpful when needed too.
I could not be happier with the global solution Payoneer provides for a stress free banking experience. Their customer service is top tier, it's simply unmatched. If you're not a member, what're you waiting for?
Support agents always there and it's not hard to reach out to them. My issues can be solved without moving or going to any location + I love the fact that it supports not only the U.S. citizens but also other countries. I'm from Belarus and I haven't found any alternative to Payoneer, even though I tried for the past 5 years.
I removed one star because of non-existent Shopify integration. I lose money to pay to a getaway service and then once again to moving it to my Payoneer account.
Please, please, please, provide Shopify integration soon :(
This service should be made more effective than it is currently. In that way, customers outside the USA would be able to easily access your customer care services.
I am corresponding for a month with Payoneer after complaining to the supplier and told by him I should be credited but I was not. Payoneer does not take any responsibility or action for more than a month.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. We want to assure you that your case is already being handled with the highest priority. Since this is now involving a dispute matter, all that is left to do, is wait.
Whenever a customer files a dispute the matter needs to be investigated and there are a several parties involved in the process.
Payoneer files the dispute on your behalf and the case is then forwarded by our card processor to Mastercard (aka the "card network"). Mastercard reaches out to the merchant's acquiring bank which in turn contacts the merchant for explanation. The merchant has up to 45 days to provide an answer and if they choose to accept the dispute the process can be resolved at this time.
If the merchant decides to reject the dispute they will provide supporting documents to support their claim. In some of these cases, Payoneer has the option to file a second dispute on your behalf which can take up to an additional 45 days.
Like we stated previously, we are handling this at high priority. We will make sure to offer the best solution possible as soon as we hear back from our internal teams. You will be personally contacted via email.

Payoneer is the best way to solve cash flow problems with all services they provide. Before using Payoneer I was losing almost 10 percent of money just from unfair conversion rate. Now its really reliable banking services. Also Excellent customer services each time i need help just make the call and they are glad to help.
Any time i have queries or issues, it always gets sorted out swiftly. I must say I'm impressed with services rendered at Payoneer.

We give our clients an estimated time frame of 3 to 5 business days for any inquires to be replied to. Although it is nowhere near where we want it to be, it is a start in the right direction. In such cases, if the request is an emergency, than we also have our two other support lines available; chats and phones. These are our most popular methods of communication. It ensures that not only do clients issues gets clarified but offered a solution on the spot.
