It has taken many frustrating months to get to a point where I feel that I am getting somewhere with sorting out my problem, which was that I couldn't access my account due to a change of email address. Eventually, I spoke to a very nice lady who asked me some security questions and has sent me an email whereby I can update my details. This could have been done months ago, saving a lot of stress.

Excellent customer support. The agent stayed with me and updated me throughout the call until my issue was resolved.
I had a problem with my prepaid MasterCard. It seems it's physically damaged and that's why it won't work. I got all the answers I needed + they have placed an order for a replacement card on my behalf. Everything went quick and smooth. I'm very satisfied with the customer care and service.

Excellent service by Payoneer team. Recently my Payoneer credit card was hacked. I was informed by Payoneer customer care centre. They blocked my credit card, attended promptly and a new card issued and already delivered to me through DHL. I thus always trust Payoneer quick attention to any problem that crops up.
