We can't speak for your friends and their accounts, but Payoneer follows a strict policy in regards to approving accounts. Upon registration clients are asked to submit all the requested information, such as a bank account. In order to verify this information, our departments will ask you to submit a valid government issued photo ID. This is to ensure everything is submitted correctly. If clients are not able to provide any form of official government documents, then unfortunately the account will not be approved. However, rest assure that once you are able to do so, you can always request to reopen your account again and submit the driver's licence.

Well I can very clearly state that this is the best customer care service I have got in a very long time. Loved it..
I called in last january 13 to inform that my latest withdrawal was incorrect because I entered the atm card number instead of my account number. I was told from the first representative that it will be 14 business before the money will return to my payoneer account but i was lucky that my concern was handled by my fellow Filipino representative and it only took only 5 days to return my money. I requested to expedite my issue. Thanks again my issue has been resolved and handled well. Good job!
They've got a decent product offering but they really need to work on their customer journey and ease of use.
I personally feel transferwise maybe a more convenient and easy banking experience.

My experience with Payoneer help center was really amazing all credit goes to your Customer care representative Nico, she is amazing
Customer support lack information. Contacted the company 8 times and they said conflicting things. They said they would help correct the mistake but showed no willingness to help.
Deemed my account ineligible for selling goods online, which I don't. Contacted customer support to rectify the problem to no success. They kept saying to wait for 3 days each time, it's been 2 weeks with no resolution.
I requested for a business update form to update my current line of work, they promise to send the form but did nothing.
In summary, Payoneer treated me like sh*t and were glad enough to allow me delete my account without even showing any remorse.
Very bad company and awful customer support with no regard for customers.

When you provided your line of business as a freelance writer for this specific service, your application was denied.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done in regards to your account because the line of business you provided goes against our terms & conditions for the Payment Request Service.
Like mentioned previously, the only options you have if you were to use your account again are receiving payments via our Global Payment Service or through a partner payouts.
