Most convenient payment method

Well I did not have any options to use global payment systems because I live in Nepal and the monetary policy of our country is against of global payment channel like a PayPal and other.
I had to make a payment worldwide and had to receive work get paid worldwide but I was exhausted for looking option but I found payoneer which is very convenient most secure faster easier and available in my country.
Now I can make a payment and get paid worldwide from my bed within a second very much convenient. Thankyou payoneer.

Need better protection for cards.

Today my card was used without my permission and payoneer blocked it and opted to send me a new one, which I don't think is pretty covenient, they need better solutions and better card protection.

Hello Hector,

Thank you for leaving an honest review of our services. We can see how frustrating it is to have your card blocked, although it was used without your permission. We know this is not the predicament you want to be in. However, we want to take the chance to explain to you why we do this.

At Payoneer, our main priority is to make sure any funds coming in and going out are all done in safe manner. Your account is constantly monitored by several departments to ensure the highest security possible. Once there is a red flag that indicates your information was used without your permission, our departments will make sure everything gets frozen to protect any further usage of the account. Then an email will be sent out regarding the notification of the blockage, and you will need to provide any information asked of you. If our department confirms that the information was compromised, they will permanently block the card in your account, and order a new one on your behalf. They do this so that no further funds can be taken out of your account without your permission. This is also a policy we have with Mastercard themselves in order to protect the card and therefore we must follow.

We know this can be very frustrating for the client, but understand that is done for the safety of your account and all your hard earned money. Once the card is ordered on your behalf, it can take anywhere from 10 to 28 business days for the card to arrive. Once you do, please activate the card and dispose of the old one. Your funds will automatically get transferred to the new card.

You have"nt greek languge

Really it was so sad and tired to looking for my money from September 14! 2019 and you give my answers by tape and again tape like video replay so bud. Ok my English are not so good level what i can do now? Also we start in Greek and after few pages you turn to different lunguges! It will be more easy if you have chat room for quest, the girl in the phone is ok and polite but maybe i dont understand so good in perfect english, final i hope i am in the right way.

The contact section on the website should have a phone number for customer care. It is very hard to try to contact a real person. The site is mostly geared toward marketing Paycor's services. I contacted them to let them know that we received two payments but their transmittal did not include the actual customer name so we do not know where to apply more than $40,000 in payments.

The first method is through emails. Once a client submits a request via email, it can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for an agent to respond. If you have been a customer of ours for quite some time, there is the option for live chats. Live chats can help our clients better communicate any issues they might have in real time.
