First thing with is they are very very slow in terms of clearing payment. There minimum amount limits are too high for the beginners. They took approximately 10-15 day to clear my first payment that too after a lot of trouble. I would never recommend!

I'm an affiliate an organization which works with PAYONEER as one of the payment partners. I had never heard of Payoneer but I decided to try their services due to low rates and their availability in most locations round the world. Payoneer promised to deliver my CARD by January 20 2020 and believe you my card arrived through Post as promised. Being in Cameroon-Africa where postal services are what they are, I was really happy to have my card delivered at my desk. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the card got missing but here am I even happier on this Friday as I just received my first payment on this card... PAYONEER ROCKS!

It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!

Therefore each payment that comes into our system is subject to a review. When clients accumulate a certain threshold of payments, a manual review is triggered by our payments department. This is to ensure that any future payments coming in are coming from a reliable source in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. During these reviews, our clients will be asked to provide further documentation to prove your line business and verification of the payment. If everything provided is approved, that means any pending payments will process alongside future payments coming in from the same funding source. Keep in mind that these kind of reviews do have a time frame of 3 to 5 business days for review. The reason for this is due to communication with clients. Sometimes, clients can take longer than usual to provide the requested documents. Once the actual documents are submitted, then our payments team will start the process of reviewing said documents. If anything else needs to be provided, they will notify the clients of what needs to be submitted via email.
