After working with Payoneer for a year without any problem, the last months are a huge nightmare. Everytime I try to withdraw my funds, they ask me for more details.
So far, I've provided them with my passport, driver license, bank statements, business details, address etc. Every time I think that's it and everything should be fine now, they manage somehow to ask me for more details. Now, I have to wait many days for their finance department to have a look at the address I provided them. Guess what, you have my address in your system from the moment I registered to your service.
Bottom line, be aware. No service is perfect, but this is just beyond ridiculous.
Most of the agents I talked to, including a manager were sarcastic and rude. Payoneer's processes are the worst.

I love talking to customer care when I have an issue because I am sure it would be solved. I would encourage people to call rather than send email because their problems get solved immediately.
They answered my phone call quick. However, it took me several calls to solve the issue. If you request English speakers they will take care of you quick. For Spanish it will take longer.
I'm Creatuve Director, at CG Studios Nigeria. Pioneer, through it's global payment has made it quite easy to receive from company all over the world. But, the only exception is that I can't receive from individuals. Which led me wishing of an upgrade on an individual transfer instead of just corporate or registered companies.

I want to suggest payoneer that there must be some identifications like photos or identification number of a person who is using the card... in some cases we are not able to provide the proofs that the card belongs to us and at that time we have to lose our card. She must be improved...

Tried to sign up and they told me if I am British and live in China you can't use your Chinese bank cards because you need a Chinese ID. They said to use a British card. I have lived in China for 6 years and don't use British cards anymore. What's the use in this?

We understand that the verification process can be frustrating and inconvenient but this process takes place as Payoneer is a regulated US company and online service. We must comply with the rules and regulations imposed by the US government and our banks. In addition, Payoneer strictly comply with the Know Your Customer regulatory requirements in China.
Checking further your application, we can see that you are trying to add a bank account from China on your account. Per regulations, if you only add a bank account from China if you can provide a chinese ID. In this case, we can't approve your account until we receive the document.

I was using Paypal but was not happy, I found Payoneer as an alternative through Google search and I feel that it's better than Paypal especially the customer service.
