I don't like the waiting time for my payment to be approved, I understand all security checks but this is too much I think. Still, I am using Payoneer just a month and I hope you guys will improve and change my mind.
Payoneer always keep to their words and there services are satisfying also their customer service is superb.
It was pretty good experience.The customer service person is not only able to understand my query but she also helped me to resolve it quickly.
So my card was stolen by Pakistani customs officials and several transactions took place which i was unaware. Called the Payoneer customer support and they helped me get my money back and order a new card.

The live chat and email services doesn't work. Even if you send many inquiries it does not give any reply. Some customer service will keep on promising resolution that doesn't come into reality just to finish the call and make the customer feel that it will be resolved the process itself is always delayed.

Poor is how I would describe my experience with you. To think, this is my first time using payoneer. I had to wait for 4 days to get my first pay: there is process I understand. But to set a $50 minimum amount for withdrawal? Come on guys! You can do better than that! Not all freelancers like me can get more than $50 a week. Are you saying we will have to wait for the next pay out so we can meet the requirements before we are able to eat?!

Answer: Definitely a scam, they are not listed on the The Mastercard Compliant Service Provider List of which anyone can view and download directly from Mastercard https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/merchants/safety-security/security-recommendations/service-providers-need-to-know.html If Payoneer is legit why isn't it on the list like Paypal and alllll the other legit companies? It is because they are NOT legit and they are a scam!
