As my Payoneer card expired so I called customer support to order a new one. And they solved my issue immediately and shipped me a new card.
Homeaway uses Payoneer as the only means for paying foreign customers for reservations on their site. They give no other payment options... otherwise we would never opt for Payoneer. Not only are the fees high... but after receiving payments correctly several times, we did not get paid for last months reservations, and got no notifications or messages stating there had been a problem. If we had not called them or realized we were one payment short, we would have never known!
For God sake, fix your security. This is the third time my account is being hacked.

In order to change the information, I was told I needed to make another account. They said they would contact me to transfer information to a new account. It has been two days. They won't let me withdraw my money either. This needed to be resolved yesterday!

My overall experience has been negative. There been good agents to help but their policies and procedures suck. And the take way to much time to help and resolve to it's customers. Ignoring that if you create a profile it's to manage payments and invoices.
