I want payoneer to look into my issue. I made a payment to my local bank account since 4th of March, 2020. I am yet to receive the money. I am not happy with that. I need solutions

I had many problems but i called them they solved my problems..
It's really difficult to deposit money especially it you're business is very small, you can't transfer without giving extra details, can't receive from family or friends without payoneer. Pretty complicated. They need to add more was to receive money like visa and mastercard from owner (these don't work at the moment). They also take the longest time to reply by email.
Please help me to refund or withdraw my fund because I accidentally insert my card number instead account number. I need to go to hospital for screening of my newborn child. Please help me.

I am very satisfied with the Payoneer Customer service, the operator was polite and helpful, answered all of my inquries and resolved the issues I had with my account. I find this important when dealing with an online service. I would reccomend using Payoneer, to my colleagues.

As my Payoneer card expired so I called customer support to order a new one. And they solved my issue immediately and shipped me a new card.
Homeaway uses Payoneer as the only means for paying foreign customers for reservations on their site. They give no other payment options... otherwise we would never opt for Payoneer. Not only are the fees high... but after receiving payments correctly several times, we did not get paid for last months reservations, and got no notifications or messages stating there had been a problem. If we had not called them or realized we were one payment short, we would have never known!
For God sake, fix your security. This is the third time my account is being hacked.
