Calling to payoneer Vietnam directly is very good and I would love to work with such a team.
Being a long time user of Payoneer, I have learned that customer service is very poor. You call them once and it takes them ages to understand the issue. They keep lying to you that issue will be resolved. They do not keep track of customer calls or when someone called. So every time you call them you have to explain the full story again
Outgoing transaction fees are really high comparing with other providers. So you just have to pray that you don't run into any problem, otherwise your are messed. I will be happy to prove my feedback.

I can say that Payoneer has a short wait for getting through to an Agent, the agents are well mannered, professional, can easily grasp your situation and offer assistance. These are all the right things to have on a payment platform that I can truly depend upon.

Card holder for years. Customer service is nice but the service level itself is increasingly bad. Cards get rejected by sellers and utility providers, but the transactions are booked and then you have to wait 10 days to get your money back. The feedback form from Payoneer had a limited number of characters but didn't say how many, nor did it say how many was I over the limit. This makes giving feedback extra hard. If you don't care about customer's opinion, don't ask for it.

I have been waiting for over a month for several payments from VRBO via Payoneer. I received no communication from VRBO or Payoneer concerning the status of my payments.
After trying to call both VRBO and Payoneer scores of attempts they finally answer to tell me they did not send it straight to my account.
Payoneer is a blessing for me. As we don't have PayPal in our country it's like a blessing for us to have Payoneer coverage/service. In other way, Payoneer providing a great experience. I would like to have a merchant system to collect E-Commerce payments.
